Once you choose your puppy, a $500 deposit is required to
reserve your puppy for you. Balance of payment is required
by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old for toys and minis,
10 weeks for teacup puppies. If you are waiting for a specific
puppy, you can ask to be on the waiting list, we will inform
those waiting, in the order that requests have been received.
If you wish to guarantee a spot at the top of the wait list,
you can send a $250 deposit. Those sending in deposits will
receive priority. I will let you know where you are on the
Priority Wait List and you will be informed when a puppy is
born that I think may meet your requirements. At that time,
you can choose to reserve the puppy for you, or wait for the
next available one.
Your deposit is not refundable, however, if the puppy you
have chosen, is guesstimated to be larger or smaller than
what you were waiting for, you can wait for the next
available puppy and apply your deposit to the puppy of your
choice.
We will make all the required arrangements to ship your
puppy anywhere in Canada or the U.S. Shipping to Canadian
destinations is $250 in Canadian funds; Shipping to U.S.
destinations is $320 in U.S. funds.
This covers the cost of airfare, crate, Airline Health
Certificate and transportation to the nearest airport. Puppies
shipped to U.S. destinations are generally shipped from
Grand Forks, North Dakota. This makes it very easy for you
to pick up your puppy, as we clear customs for you, before
the puppy is shipped. So all you have to do, is go to the
airport with photo I.D. and pick up your puppy.
Your poodle puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the
time of delivery. In order for your health warranty to be in
effect, you must take your puppy to a veterinarian within 4
days of delivery. If a problem is found at that time, puppy
may be returned, along with a report from your veterinarian,
for replacement with the next available puppy of the same
value.
Your puppy is also guaranteed against life threatening
genetic diseases for a period of one year. If your puppy is
diagnosed with a life threatening genetic disease within a one
year period, the same conditions apply -
returned along with a detailed report from your veterinarian
for replacement with next available puppy of the same value.
If your puppy should die within a one year period, an
autopsy must be performed to determine the cause of death.
We will be responsible for death occurring due to genetic
defects only. A copy of the autopsy report signed by your
veterinarian must be submitted in order to request a
replacement puppy.
Your puppy can be stressed by shipping, adjusting to his new
home, etc., which could bring on Coccidiosis, Giardia,
Hypoglycemia, etc. We have no control over the puppy's
environment after he leaves for his new home, and will not
be responsible for such problems. Hypoglycemia (low blood
sugar) is preventable, and a detailed information sheet will
be provided to the buyer at the time of sale.
We estimate, but do not guarantee, size, color or
temperament. We are not responsible for veterinarian fees
and/or shipping costs to return your puppy. We sell pet
quality puppies only.
When you purchase your puppy from All That & Jazz Poodle
Parti, you are agreeing to this guarantee.
Thank you.
