All puppies come with the following:

Vet check, shots, deworming, tails docked, dew claws
removed, one year genetic health warranty. Before leaving,
they receive a fresh groom which includes clipping of face,
feet, tummy and tail; ears cleaned, nails clipped, bathed,
perfumed and with a bow. They will bring with them a
sample of the food they have been eating, a little toy to start
them off, their medical health record, and an information
packet.

Our puppies are well socialized and accustomed to all the
activities of normal life. Generally, they have been started off
on their individual crate training for nights, which helps ease
the transition to their new home.

Our puppies' tails are docked 20%. If you would like no
docking, or a shorter tail, puppy must be paid in full at birth.

Your poodle puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the
time of delivery. In order for your health warranty to be in
effect, you must take your puppy to a veterinarian within 4
days of delivery. If a problem is found at that time, puppy
may be returned, along with a report from your veterinarian,
for replacement with the next available puppy of the same
value.

Your puppy is also guaranteed against life threatening
genetic diseases for a period of one year. If your puppy is
diagnosed with a life threatening genetic disease within a one
year period, the same conditions apply - puppy must be
returned along with a detailed report from your veterinarian
for replacement with next available puppy of the same value.

If your puppy should die within a one year period, an
autopsy must be performed to determine the cause of death.
We will be responsible for death occurring due to genetic
defects only. A copy of the autopsy report signed by your
veterinarian must be submitted in order to request a
replacement puppy.

Your puppy can be stressed by shipping, adjusting to his new
home, etc., which could bring on Coccidiosis, Giardia,
Hypoglycemia, etc. We have no control over the puppy's
environment after he leaves for his new home, and will not
be responsible for such problems. Hypoglycemia (low blood
sugar) is preventable, and a detailed information sheet will
be provided to the buyer at the time of sale.

We estimate, but do not guarantee, size, color or
temperament. We are not responsible for veterinarian fees
and/or shipping costs to return your puppy. We sell pet
quality puppies only.
